If you wish to contest a parking ticket the following procedure should be used:
Complaints should be in writing, and your letter should include:
- A photocopy of the ticket (retain original ticket for your records).
- An explanation of your complaint or dispute.
- The complaint should be made within 7 (seven) days of receiving the ticket.
- Enclose a daytime phone number if possible.
- While the complaint is pending no late fee will be charged to your ticket.
- All complaints will be investigated.
- You will be contacted by mail of our findings.
Parking rates vary by garage parking. The following are Linden/Prospect Street garage parking rates followed by Buckingham Garage.
