Request For Extra Duty Officer(s) - During Normal Business Hours
- Company or Business Rep. must call the Extra Duty Office (574-6963 or 574-6968).
- The caller must supply the extra duty office with the company’s name, billing address, phone number and name of contact person.
- The caller must indicate the location of job site, number of officers needed, and starting and ending time of job.
If requesting an extra duty officer after normal business hours please call our main number at 574-6920 . Ask to speak with a Lieutenant or Sergeant on duty and provide all the above information.
Request To Cancel Extra Duty Police Officer(s) - During Normal Business Hours
- The caller must call the Extra Duty Office (574-6963 or 574-6968) during normal business hours One and a Half hour prior to Start of job.
- The caller must indicate the company’s name, location of job site along with the number of officer assigned to job.
- The caller should record the Sergeants name and the exact time when canceling an Extra Duty Job. This will help prevent the company from being billed for the cancelled job.
If cancelling an extra duty job after normal business hours please call our main number at 574-6920 . Ask to speak with a Lieutenant or Sergeant on duty and follow the above guidelines.
Extra Duty Part Time Pay Rate
There is a Four Hour Minimum Per Job. After the four hour minimum the officer(s) shall be paid for time worked.
NOTE: HOLIDAY PAY RATE DOUBLED
